The transblepharoplasty brow lift is the least invasive browlift procedure and can be carried out through blepharoplasty incisions at the same time as an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid ) surgery. It can be done under local anaesthetic as a day-case operation and recovery is a few days. It is suitable for people who have moderate sagging of the eyebrow causing lateral hooding of the upper eyelid.
