Septorhinoplasty

If the nose has been traumatised in the past, is naturally crooked, or if there is difficulty in breathing through the nose because of a mechanical obstruction then a septoplasty can be performed at the same time as the rhinoplasty and the operation is called a Septorhinoplasty.

A septorhinoplasty will improve the appearance of the nose and also improve breathing if the septal deformity is causing obstruction of the airway.
