Treatment of the Aging Face

Cosmetic procedures for rejuvenating the face can be divided into surgical and non-surgical :

Surgical treatments include Facelifts ( Rhytidectomy), Fat grafting, Surgical Laser treatment

Non-surgical treatments include Botox, Fillers, Non-surgical lasers.

The choice is enormous and can be confusing to the layperson. It is important to get good information and advice to enable you to make the appropriate choice to achieve your goals whilst minimising risk.

Both surgical and non-surgical procedures have their place in facial rejuvenation and often they complement each other. Be prepared to seek and pay for good advice. This first step is your most important investment.

The conventional facelift operation lifts the lower face including the neck, jawline and the cheek.

It does not lift the brow. A Browlift operation is the surgical technique for raising the eyebrow.

Blepharoplasty surgery addresses the aging eye.
